Tteokbokki

Ingredients

  • Tteokbokki rice cakes (handful)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup tteokbokki sauce

Preperation

  1. Warm seasme oil over medium heat
  2. Fry rice cakes until they start to take on some color
  3. Add sauce, it will thicken within a couple mins

Notes

  • I will often drizzle a little extra seasme oil and sprinkle with white and black seasme seeds when serving
